CD Austin Goodwin managed to get in the two planned rounds on Saturday in between the rain showers and cross-wind. The weather broke for Sunday, with no rain and little wind, where everyone enjoyed the final two rounds and the trophy presentations. THANK YOU to everyone who came out and participated in the first US Scale Masters Qualifier of 2014. Special thanks to Paul Goldsmith, John Mangino and Paul McDevitt of the Arizona Model Aviators host field. Thank you for all of your help with dealing with the weather and getting the event in at your great facility! Thanks to all of the One Eighth Air Force Volunteers who also helped out with this year’s event.
